Do not brush or scrub the rug.
Vacuum clean it periodically and do not use a rotating or brush head vacuum cleaner as this may damage the rug.
If spills occur, blot with a clean colourfast absorbent material or paper towel immediately (do not rub the stain) and work from the outside to the inside of the stain.
When positioning your rug, please avoid direct sunlight and rotate periodically to equalise wear.
Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and pilling.
If a thread comes lose and sticks above the pile, do not pull but simply trim with scissors.
We recommend periodic professional cleaning to ensure your rug hygene and longevity.
Do not machine-wash, steam clean or dry clean the rug and avoid strong chemicals.
